Stay Informed
Every month, the chapter publishes an alumni newsletter covering chapter news, housing updates, upcoming events, and more. It’s the best way to stay in the loop without having to do anything at all. If you aren’t already recieving one, it likely means we don’t have your up-to-date contact information.
Support the Chapter
There are several ways to support Minnesota Triangle, depending on what matters most to you. Whether you want your contribution to fund scholarships, improve the house, or support a specific project, there’s a giving option that fits.
Capital Campaigns
From time to time, the Chapter, alongside MTAB, coordinates targeted capital campaigns to fund major one-time projects. Contributions to a capital campaign go directly toward that specific effort. Current active campaigns are linked below.
Triangle Education Foundation – Education Fund
The Triangle Education Foundation (TEF) is Triangle Fraternity’s national nonprofit, and contributions to our chapter’s Education Fund are tax-deductible. Gifts to the Education Fund allow the chapter to cover educational expenses, provide scholarships to deserving brothers, and support initiatives like FIRST Robotics teams and other STEM-focused programs. This is the most impactful giving option for alumni looking to invest in the development of individual brothers and the broader mission of Triangle.
Minnesota Triangle Alumni Board (MTAB)
Donations made directly to MTAB support the long-term physical and financial health of the chapter, with a focus on house improvement projects and capital investments. MTAB provides oversight and coordination for larger projects that go beyond what the active chapter can fund on its own. If you want your contribution to go toward preserving and improving the place you called home, this is the right channel.
Direct Chapter Contributions
For alumni who want to support a specific immediate need, you can donate directly to the active chapter. This can take the form of a financial contribution or a resource donation – equipment, furniture, household goods, or anything else the chapter could put to use. Direct donations are best suited for smaller or time-sensitive needs.
Reach out to the Alumni Relations Chair to discuss what the chapter currently needs or to coordinate a contribution.
